Visitors to The Rock Sports Complex and the home ballpark of the Milwaukee Milkmen baseball team now have some new lodging options close by. An Iowa-based developer has recently opened two new hotel properties next door to the popular outdoor baseball diamonds at Ballpark Commons in Franklin. 

Sleep Inn and MainStay Suites are the latest additions to the growing Ballpark Commons mixed-use development just down the road from Franklin Field, home of the Milwaukee Milkmen independent professional baseball team.

The new hotels will provide convenient accommodations for families, sports teams and fans attending baseball and softball tournaments at The Rock's diamonds throughout the summer months. The complex hosts numerous youth tournaments that draw travel teams from across the region.

Along with the new hotels, retail, restaurants, and entertainment venues, Ballpark Commons features luxury apartments and the 4,000-seat Franklin Field baseball stadium. The mixed-use development continues to grow as a sports and recreation destination in Franklin.
